Registration

Registration proceeds through an external registration form managed by Utrecht University.

Note that the form includes a questionnaire for participants. If you are registering as a presenter of an accepted paper, please do not forget to fill in the ID of the paper you are presenting.

No payment is requested via this form. After you complete the registration form, you will receive a separate payment link by email. Once payment is done, you will receive an invoice and a confirmation letter. This confirmation letter can also be used a proof of attendance for visa applications.

Visa requirements

If you need a visa to travel to the Netherlands, and need to supply proof of your attendance to INLG, you can use the confirmation letter that we send you upon receipt of your registration fee.

Fees

The registration fees cover:

• Attendance to the conference program
• Coffee/snacks during the main conference and workshops
• Lunch during the main conference days
• The two social events: the welcome reception and the outing

Note: during the workshops, attendees are expected to plan for lunch independently.

The conference banquet is at an extra charge (to be announced this week). Please indicate on the registration form whether you also plan to attend the dinner, and the cost will be added to the payment automically.

Each main conference paper should have at least one registered presenter, in order to be included in the program. The registration costs for paper presenters are the same, regardless of whether you are attending in person or not.

Student Discounts:

Reduced registration fees are available for students. You will be asked to provide evidence of student status after registration.
